We've finally made up our mind to build a little house here in Charleston, SC. The house and the neighborhood, Oak Terrace Preserve, lean towards "green", so we'll strive to give you a better idea of what that means in practice. Here are thoughts and notes from the construction of our house.
I'm not sure when the big change occurred but the official Oak Terrace Preserve website has been updated. There's significantly improved content and a consistent marketing message to all of it. Great for attracting future residents. Updates soon to come about the prosepcts for our place in Oak Terrace.

The Verdi folks sent us some alternate plans to look over and we're pretty happy with this one. It meets our needs and our budget so that's pretty good all around. It doesn't include the enclosed Carolina Room we had hoped for but it's still got the screen porch. Take a look and see how you like them.
